General Terms of Use
Any person, hereinafter referred to as User, accessing the website at http://www.glatec.bg, referred to as the Site, and the information and services therein, referred to as the Content, provided by Glatec EOOD (referred to here-in-below as Glatec), shall accept and agree with the following General Terms of Use, and all subsequent changes therein.
The Users of this Site shall adhere to these General Terms, as well as to any and all provisions of Bulgarian and international law. If the User does not accept the General Terms the User shall immediately stop using the Site. Glatec shall not be held responsible, if the Users has not read and understood these Terms.
1.1. Registered users – Users who register on Glatec website in order to use its content. Mandatory data that shall be entered depend on the objectives of registration and shall be cited in the instructions on registration process.
1.2. Unregistered users – Users who visit Glatec website without registering.
4.1. Modify, copy, reproduce (in full or in part), publish, send (in any manner), lease, sell, create any derivative material, based on the Content of the Site, use commercially or distribute in any other manner, including electronic environment, any element of the Content of this Site, without prior written authorisation by Glatec.
4.2. Use the Site or Content unlawfully (including, but not limited to: submit or transmit any material with threatening, false, misleading, derogatory, offensive, creating unfair competition, libellous, lewd, pornographic or any other type of unlawful content, or any material, constituting or inciting behaviour, which may be qualified as a crime, result in civil, criminal or administrative liability, or violate the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria in any manner).
4.3. Use of any software or devices for access to and mass copying/downloading of the Content of the Site is expressly prohibited.
4.4. Use the Site to receive unauthorised access to other computer systems or networks.
Nevertheless, Glatec has taken all reasonable measures to maintain reliable, accurate and up-to-date information in conformity with Bulgarian legislation currently in force, without excluding the possibility of accidental inconsistencies or omissions.
Glatec shall not be held responsible for the consequences, incl. any damages caused by or related in any way to the access, use or inability to use this site, its Content integrity and safety against malicious third-party attacks.
7. Glatec shall not be held responsible for the subjective perceptions and interpretation of the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of the information resources on this site, or the sites to which this site links.
The use of the Site, as well as any User action resulting from it, are sole responsibility of the Users.
These Terms shall be deemed accepted and enter into force on 1 September 2021.
